Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Lead - Retail Channel
About the Role:
As the Trade Marketing Lead for the Retail Channel at Indobevs, you will drive the visibility,
presence, and preference for Indobevs brands across all retail channels, including traditional
outlets, modern retail, and the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) channel. You will work
closely with regional trade marketing teams, merchandisers, and the brand and sales teams to
enhance execution and ensure brand presence on primary and secondary displays. This is a
national role, with a specific focus on improving retail execution in the top 1,000 stores and
supporting new product launches.
Who You Are:
Experience:
● 4-6 years of experience in sales & trade marketing within FMCG, Alcohol, or related
industries, with experience across multiple retail channels (traditional, modern, and
HoReCa).
● Strong background in managing merchandising and driving in-store visibility projects.
Education:
● Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
What You Bring to the Table:
● Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of retail channels including traditional outlets,
modern retail, and HoReCa. Proven ability to improve in-store execution and visibility.
● Team Leadership: Experience managing regional trade marketing teams and store
merchandisers. Strong people management and leadership skills.
● Vendor & Budget Management: Experience working with external vendors for displays
and merchandising while managing budgets effectively alongside the Trade Marketing
Head.
● Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales and brand
teams to ensure that trade marketing initiatives support broader brand goals and
objectives.
● Execution Focus: Hands-on approach with a focus on improving retail execution,
especially in top stores, ensuring visibility for key brands through primary and secondary
shelf displays.

● Location: Based at the Head Office in Delhi.
● Travel Requirements: National travel required for market visits and coordination with
regional teams.
