Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with the assigned Program Manager within the bank to run the critical activities in the project life cycle like participating in the Daily Scums, Sprint Reviews and planning meetings and support the Program manager in release planning and tracking the release
• Collaborate with Digital Solution group product managers, engineering and design teams and help track the project plan and identify risks and delays and seek necessary intervention from the project team
• Continuously monitor team performance and provide feedback in Sprint retrospectives and highlight productivity issues and seek necessary interventions
• Track budget and resource utilization within the Digital solution group unit

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years of project management & Agile development experience preferred with a deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
• At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scum methodology in the role as Scrum Master
• At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management
• A relevant business degree and scrum certification would be a plus
• Experience in the financial services domain would be a plus

Key Skills:

• Strong project managements skills and experience using data to drive accountability of project team members Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, Product and design teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, confluence is a must. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering great customer experiences.
