- Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues

- Conduct performance evaluation for team members, provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and performance

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges

- Experience in Microsoft SQL Servers

- Expert experience in C# and JavaScript, including frameworks like Angular and React and

- Advanced knowledge in database design and API development

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS
- Relevant certifications are a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner

- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
