Test ManagerA total of 12-15 years of experience in the testing industry, including at least 5 years of managing and delivering mobile application testing and automation testing projects.
Extensive experience in overseeing teams of 100+ resources and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to lead testing initiatives, including test case optimization, the introduction of new testing types, and strategic approaches to testing activities, with measurable success.
Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Google Sheets and various project management tools.
Good understanding of release life cycle and Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, and GitLab CI.
Agile and DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Collaborate with client program managers to understand their testing requirements and roadmap.
Implement robust bug management and additional testing types to enhance test coverage and validity metrics.
Continuously monitor and improve the testing processes to achieve operational efficiency.
Introduce and manage a validity metrics improvement framework to ensure high standards of testing quality.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the integrity and accuracy of testing outcomes.
Develop and drive strategic testing initiatives to meet the clients evolving needs.
Identify opportunities for Test process improvement and implement best practices.
Address and resolve any issues or escalations promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports to the client and internal stakeholders on the progress and status of testing activities.Communicate effectively to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations.
Conduct MBR with all PGMs and present strategic testing plans, Milestones achieved and performance metrics to senior managementOversee and manage a team of 300+ testing professionals across multiple programs.
