Relevant experience in team handling (>10 members) with Extensive experience in software testing, requirement analysis, impact analysis and bugs handling
Ability to develop test strategy, defining guidelines
Experience in mobile app testing
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google suite
Advanced experience with JIRA or any other ticketing tool
Sound experience of JQL or SQL
Proficient knowledge of advanced excel techniques
Proficient in data analysis and root cause identification methodologies (e
g
, fishbone diagram analysis, RCA, 5
whys etc
Sound knowledge of Operational metrics like shrinkage, utilization
Prior experience handling global stakeholders and driving projects/meetings
Lead test teams, with responsibilities covering:Requirement analysis & test cases refactoring
Manage the stakeholder relationships with various program leads, product and engineering teams as required
Proactively identify and implement process excellence and tool improvement initiatives
Manage governance, Mentoring and guidance to team members
Have regular 1:1s, Poor performance handling
Develop subject matter expertise in the process
Be able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real time
Work allocation, Meet/exceed the defined targets for the team (productivity, quality, SLA, efficiency and utilization)
Ensure process adherence
Manage attendance and availability
Process gap analysis and improvements
