Test Strategy Development : Develop performance test strategies, plans, and timelines aligned with project goals and requirements. Tool Selection and Utilization : Select appropriate performance testing tools and methodologies to simulate load, stress, and scalability testing. Test Execution : Lead and execute performance tests, analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve system performance and stability. Team Leadership : Manage a team of performance testers, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure timely and quality deliverables. Reporting and Communication : Prepare test reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
