Role & responsibilities

Responsible to manage all compliances and license related issues for easier operation of the branch. Executing day to day maintenance activity for smooth running of all departments across centers.

To Submit monthly maintenance and other expenses report for assigned centers. Responsible for smooth functioning 24x7 of all critical assets as DG, UPS, HVAC.

To verify and check diesel requirement for smooth and proper operation of DG Set in case of power failure for at least 24hrs.

To verify electricity Bills of every month of given centers with no late and extra charges. To verify, monitor the facility management of all centers across assigned zone.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the advent field Operations / Healthcare .
• Prior experience in a pertinent position, preferably in Operations domain.
• Experience with creatively seeking out & building relationships with government officials.
• Strong collaborative ability to sustain relationships across both internal & external interface.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.
• Polite and should be able to manage crises as and when required
