Job Title: Fullstack & Backend Developer

Location: Pune

Job Description

• At least 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good Computer Basic Skills (Operating System, Networking, Algorithms, OOPs, etc)
• Should have experience in using core PHP & JavaScript (Optional: Python,React)
• Should have experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery
• Good knowledge of web frameworks like Codelgniter, Laravel. (Optional Django)
• Should have advanced knowledge in using RDBMS - Postgres/MySql and NoSql - MongoDB/Redis, and should be able to perform query and database optimizations.
• Should have solid experience in using Debian Linux in a production environment.
• Should know how to use/build an API (REST, SOAP etc.)
• Familiarity with versioning systems such as Git and Subversion.
• Well-versed in test-driven development.
• Has a keen eye on design.
• A good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, and can work in an Agile environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills Required:

• Backend:
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., Express for Node.js).
• Frontend:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus but not required.
• Additional Skills:
• Good understanding of web development principles.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of other backend technologies (like Python, Ruby) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not required).
• 0-5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
