New Product Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Good understanding of Engineering drawings and GDT.
• Process planning skills and cost estimation.
• Exposure to different manufacturing and machining processes.
• Basic knowledge of engineering materials and their properties.
• Knowledge about inspection gauges and machining fixtures.
• Need to coordinate with suppliers to get things done.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Production discipline or Equivalent (Min. 3-yrs course) with 5+ years of experience in engineering industries.
• Reading of Drawings and tolerance requirements (GD & T)
• Trouble shooting with solution for issues in machining & products
• Knowledge in Jigs & Fixture/ Special Tooling design
• Knowledge in Turn Mill Center operation /HMC operation
• Understanding of customer requirements.
• Vendor Management.
• Good communication skills.
