Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously monitor and improve quality management systems (QMS) to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to align quality standards with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
- Identify and assess potential risks in the production and operational processes before they impact product quality or delivery timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and develop preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to quality deviations, customer complaints, or audit findings.
- Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Compile detailed audit reports, documenting findings, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate audit results to stakeholders, including management and external partners, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare for and participate in third-party audits or inspections as necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement programs across production, engineering, and customer service processes.
- Leverage lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
- Identify opportunities for automation or enhanced tools to streamline quality checks and data analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional teams focused on improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the quality assurance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Provide training on quality management systems, auditing processes, and best practices to employees across the organization.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment where quality is a core value.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams (sales, customer service) to collect feedback and ensure that customer complaints or issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to align on quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Support the development and execution of customer surveys or satisfaction metrics to gather insights on product quality.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in quality management, process improvement, or quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong experience in root cause analysis and implementing process improvements to enhance quality
