Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist to join the Founder's Office at IndigoEdge - a leading tech focussed Investment Bank. In this pivotal role, you will help shape one of the most critical aspects of our organization - our people and culture. You will work closely with the founding partners to ensure we recruit exceptional talent, develop their potential, and create an environment where they can thrive and grow into the best versions of themselves.
You will have plenty of opportunities to take ownership of your work and drive them to success, under the guidance of a senior director or partner.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Administer and maintain the company's Performance Management System
- Collaborate with the Founder's Office to enhance and update performance metrics and processes
- Support management in conducting performance reviews and facilitate the appraisal process
- Ensure timely completion of performance cycles and provide necessary documentation
Campus Recruitment
- Represent IndigoEdge at top B-Schools across the country for campus placements
- Coordinate campus engagement activities and recruitment drives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all campus-related activities
General Recruitment
- Partner with the Founder's Office and Hiring Partners to identify talent needs
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
- Help define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Training & Development
- Work with Directors and VPs to design and implement training programs for summer interns and new recruits
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs across various organizational levels
People Wellness & Engagement
- Work directly with Founders on employee wellness and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate team outings, celebrations, and company events
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Extreme ownership and hunger to succeed
- Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and high level of initiative
Preferred (but not required):
- Background in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or performance management
- Knowledge of HR best practices and trends
- Experience in financial services or investment banking sector
