Insurance Manager (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Procure and manage insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage for all company assets, not limited to property, equipment, employee and liability.

- Engage with insurance providers and brokers to seek RFQs, evaluate insurance options, negotiate terms, and secure the most cost-effective solutions for the company's insurance needs.

- Manage end-to-end claim process for insurance claims, including filing claims, liaising with internal stakeholders, surveyors & insurance providers, and negotiating settlements to minimize financial impact on the company.

- Prepare and circulate internal documents such as MIS reports, detailing key insurance metrics, claim trends, and coverage summaries to support informed decision-making by senior management.

- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting including monitoring and coordinating the physical verification process.

- Manage CAPEX/Project Accounting including verification and accounting and or payment to brownfield projects.
