Indifi - Senior Manager - Treasury (7-12 yrs)

Job Description:

1) Lender management, credit proposals, resolution of queries from lenders

2) Preparation of daily cash position and projections for monthly liquidity requirement

3) Investment in Mutual Funds & Fixed Deposits along with monitoring of investment returns

4) Preparation of hypothecation sheet, book debt statements and drawing power statement.

5) Computation of free pool for PTC and DA transactions

6) Preparation of PTC and DA collection reports

7) Preparation of ALM

8) Preparation and monitoring of financial covenants

9) Preparation of master data, collection files, borrowing profile, corporate presentation, disbursal report, stock statements etc

10) Monthly and quarterly reporting to lenders, rating agencies and trustees

11) Preparation of committee presentations - ALCO, Risk, Board, Finance Reviews

12) Managing statutory audits, internal audits, lender visits, stock audit and quarterly reviews

13) Tracking of Rate resets, arranging NOCs from lenders, recovery of TDS refunds from lenders

14) Arranging certificates- UFCE, Due diligence, Multiple banking arrangement, covenant compliance, End use.

What you will need to succeed:

1. Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance

2. NBFC experience MUST

3. 7-10 years experience

4. Understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, financial & non financial covenants business projections, RBI reporting and legal documents
