Indifi - Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts/Financial Planning & Analysis (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Strong hands on Annual financial planning,5 year planning, budgeting, forecasting P&L.

- Monitor targets /budgets on actual vs budgeted and suggest course corrections (Variance analysis)

- Preparation of various Decks to be presented to top management, investors and lenders.

- Preparation of various analyses as and when required by the management.

- Analyze the financial performance of other players / competitors in the industry, understand the standard business practices and benchmarking with our company for improved business processes / practices & financial performance

- Support in Identifying Cost savings ideas, tapping revenue leakages and controlling cost wastages - Knowledge of ECL workings as per applicable INDAS

- Preparing/ Reviewing the data as and when asked by different lenders What you would possess already: - Experience and proven excellence in FP&A.

- Experience in Business benchmarking, Financial Benchmarking, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Trend analysis, Simulation, MIS and other FP&A Activities and Business / Financial Models

- Must have knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications: CA or equivalent financial degree with specific experience in NBFC.
