Job Summary :

We seek a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead our test automation initiatives, enhance testing frameworks, and drive technical growth within the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Automation & Framework Development.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks.

- Implement- Page Object Model (POM) and other design patterns for better maintainability.

- Automate- web applications, APIs, and REST API testing- using industry-standard tools.

- Ensure automation scripts are- integrated into CI/CD pipelines- for continuous testing.

- Agile Testing & Collaboration.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to optimize test automation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to- best practices in software testing and automation.

- Key Focus AreasTest Automation Expertise.

- Specialize in- test automation for complex workflows and integration tests.

- Develop and execute- functional, regression, and performance automation tests.

Technical Expertise :

Cypress Expertise :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with- Cypress- for automating complex workflows and integration tests.

Selenium WebDriver :

- 2+ years of experience automating test cases using- Selenium WebDriver- with- Java or JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of- REST API testing- and automation tools.

- Expertise in- JavaScript- is a plus.

- Framework Enhancement & Innovation.

- Improve and enhance- existing test automation frameworks.

- Develop- custom scripts/tools- to streamline automation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.

- Strong expertise in Cypress (3+ years).

- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (2+ years) with Java/JavaScript.

- Experience with API automation (REST API, Postman, RestAssured, etc.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Mocha, Chai).
