IndiaNIC Infotech - Scrum Master - IT Project Delivery (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

- Remove impediments and roadblocks to ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Organize and lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear understanding of sprint goals and deliverables.

- Maintain and update sprint backlogs, task boards, and other Agile artifacts.

- Track and monitor sprint progress, identifying and addressing potential risks.

- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.

- Ensure effective communication and information flow between team members, product owners, and stakeholders.

- Resolve conflicts and facilitate team decision-making.

- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery that meets client success criteria.

- Manage client relationships and communication to ensure satisfaction.

- Track and monitor project performance for successful completion.

- Provide executive updates and reports through structured meetings.

- Continuously improve Agile processes and practices.

- Analyze business workflows and challenges to define project requirements.

- Develop engagement strategies with clear milestones, risk management, and quality assurance.
