Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including but not limited to Month & Year end process, Accounts payable/Receivable, general ledger, Cash Forecasting, Capital asset reconciliation, Fixed asset activity along with depreciation etc.

2. Monitor & analyse accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.

3. Establish & enforce proper accounting methods, Policies and principles as per Accounting standards.

4. Coordinate and complete annual audits.

5. Improve system and procedures and take corrective actions.

6. Providing Strategic recommendation to CEO/Directors and advise on long term business & financial planning.

7. Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash & liquidity risk.

8. Establish & implement internal control systems for maintenance of accounts and records as required under different statutes and litigations

9. Manage annual budget for different departments and submit report on variances periodically.

10. Establishing & developing relation with Sr. Management, external partners & stakeholders.

11. Implementing MIS reporting mechanism

Preferred candidate profile

• Year of experience 20+ years
• Qualification CA/ICWA
