Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Fresher and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with relevant experience in the Civil and building material industry to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Building Material wooden doors and windows driving brand awareness, and increasing sales.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote our building material products, targeting both B2B and B2C markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
• There will also be a variable pay depending on the sales brought to the company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil (Diploma and B-tech) or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
