Dispatch Coordinator & Inventory Manager

The Dispatch and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of doors from the factory to various sites, managing labor for stacking doors according to flat/villa numbers, and ensuring efficient inventory management of all materials. This role involves close coordination with the client for hardware procurement and meticulous tracking of all materials to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Role & responsibilities

1. Dispatch Coordination:

○ Coordinate with the factory and site teams to ensure timely dispatch of doors.

○ Manage labor to stack doors as per flat/villa numbers during dispatch at the site.

2. Client Coordination:

○ Liaise with the client to draw hardware from the client's store.

○ Keep track of hardware usage and ensure proper documentation.

3. Inventory Management:

○ Maintain accurate inventory records for doors, frames, architraves, foam, anchor bolts, and

other materials.

○ Ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained at all sites.

○ Track all materials received from the factory and the client's store.

4. Material Tracking:

○ Implement a tracking system for all materials coming to the site from the factory and the

client's store.

○ Regularly update inventory records and report discrepancies.

5. Reporting:

○ Prepare and submit regular inventory and dispatch reports to management.

○ Provide updates on material usage and inventory levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or site coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
