We have an urgent opening of Project Manager for Ahmedabad.

Education Qualification: M.E/ M. Tech in Environment Engineer / Public Health Engineer / Water/ Civil/ Hydraulic Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 years of Experience in design and execution of drinking water supply

Job Responsibility:

Project Management Services: Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Coordinating the Project within budgeted Time & Cost with ensure compliance to Quality & EHS.Must have Primavera, MS Project.

Planning & Scheduling

- Setup a project coordination team comprising the Construction Manager, site construction quality and Planning Engineers

- Assist/ issue a Gant Chart/ bar-line schedule covering the agreed project duration, in collaboration with the Client, engineering consultant, and contractors.

- Submit CPM network diagrams, identifying critical activities and paths.

- Utilize Microsoft Office, MSP, and other approved software for planning, controlling, scheduling, and reporting.

Construction Management

- Broadly, following scope is envisaged

- Drawing and mapping of alignment and assets of water supply scheme on PM GATISHAKTI.

- Assist the CLIENT in obtaining utility diversions, connections and any clearances from different service Departments such as Revenue,

- Prepare periodic Statement of Expenditure for getting reimbursement of expenditure in external funded projects

- In case of dispute, arbitration arising during the PMC services consultants will assist the CLIENT.
