Role & responsibilities :
* Hiring, Onboarding, Exit & Performance Management
* Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Travel, Leave,
Asset, Maintenance and Purchase.
* Update and share guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
* Update attendance, payroll and office administration data
* Ensure smooth operation of all offices
* Respond to employees questions about processes and benefits
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential
Preferred candidate profile :
* Graduate or Post Graduates, experienced as HR & Admin Assistant or in a similar role
* Familiarity with Human Resources, Records and Purchase.
* Knowledge of MS Office & presentation skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of handling 50+ employees, is preferred
