Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Life & Annuities insurance operations, including claims processing, underwriting, and customer service.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the team to ensure efficient handling of high-volume workloads.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall business performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 13-17 years of experience in L&A Insurance Operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuties insurance products, including claims processing, underwriting, and policy servicing.
  
• Proven track record in managing large teams (75-100 members) with multiple priorities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving goals.
