Our goal is to frequently introduce features, consistently engaging in cycles of iteration based on both quantitative and qualitative data, to guide the refinement and enhancement of our offerings. Responsibilities
Spearhead initiatives for product development grounded in user and competitive research. Unearth insights and identify growth opportunities by engaging with users to comprehend their challenges. Remain abreast of current trends in UX design and technology to utilize in product improvement. Analyze product utilization, assess competitor solutions, and align with essential internal projects and partner requirements. Develop product specifications, set milestones, and oversee the design and development activities of a cross-disciplinary scrum team of 3-6 members, and be accountable for on-time and high quality delivery of product by the team. Engage deeply with the product details

Responsibilities vary from strategic planning for upcoming quarters to hands-on troubleshooting alongside the development team. Develop A/B testing frameworks to enhance key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, cancellation rates, and customer service interaction rates. Guarantee that products comply with necessary regulatory and accessibility standards to accommodate a diverse user base. Your Profile
Bachelors degree or comparable professional experience. 3+ years product management experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging. Openness to learning and adapting to new processes, embodying humility, especially critical in our experiment-driven environment. A drive to develop unique products and user experiences. Autonomous initiative-taker capable of advancing projects with minimal oversight. Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear product specifications, managing JIRA tickets, and delivering compelling presentations to partners. Proficiency in basic SQL and data analysis. Experience with UX design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision. A foundational understanding of web and mobile application development processes. Proficient in various user testing methods and conducting user research for actionable insights. Compensation considerations include a range of factors, such as market benchmarks, location, and required experience levels
