Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, understand their needs, and develop targeted sales initiatives.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, effectively promoting our hotel's offerings and exceeding client expectations.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long term relationships.
- Mentor and coach entry-level staff, fostering their development into successful salespeople.
Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales principles, revenue management, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Positive attitude, commitment to exceptional customer service, and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospitality industry software is a plus.
