IT Project Cordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline the execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning:
  
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordination & Communication:
  
• Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and clients.
• Facilitate regular meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues.
• Documentation:
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, requirements, and change requests.
• Resource Management:
  
• Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring team members have the tools and support needed.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to address defects and ensure deliverable quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of programming languages or technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is an added advantage.
