Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling, including cash vouchers, payment vouchers, bank vouchers, petty cash, and TDS calculation.
  
• Prepare purchase entries using Tally ERP and manage attendance management.
  
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions through proper accounting practices.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial reports and statements.
  
• Provide support to the team by performing various accounting tasks efficiently.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.

• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
