Search Engine Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of our SEM campaigns including leads, conversions, revenue, etc
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through various marketing efforts on search engine by creating lead generation strategies and campaigns, including forecasting & budget for the same
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing team
• Create and manage SEM budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress (GA4, Google Search Console)

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of relevant Demand Generation Marketing experience
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads through SEM campaigns
• Detailed understating of SEM concepts & up to date on the latest marketing trends
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
