Graphic Designer

Design, edit, update and refresh diverse digital, on-line web/mobile and print deliverables such as visual aids, websites, brochures, snippets, posters, logos, banners, interactive PDFs, e-learning modules covers for products and services
Execute on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and have the ability to communicate ideas
Support development of campaigns, promotional and communication materials
Solid concepting expertise and ability to create interactive assets
Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
Thorough understanding and ability to closely follow the branding/asset guidelines created by AORs and apply them on designs
Support and maintain desired project delivery schedules and SLAs
Strong attention to detail and process
Knowledge of responsive design principles
Manage changes and updates as per the content approval process
Ability to develop color palettes, stylesheets as per directions
Support graphic design efforts in UX Omnichannel strategy rollout
Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
Proven experience with tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required

Must Have:

Should possess 3-6 years of experience in graphic designing specifically for online, mobile and responsive design, with experience in omnichannel delivery
Software Skill/Expertise - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma
Experience in responsive design for mobile OSes like iOS and Android
Detail-oriented mind, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Strong experience strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling
Educational Background - Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Should be detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven - change to strong attention to detail
Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
Can find creative ways to get things done effectively and collaborative
Proactive in all aspects of the role - ability to flag concerns/issues in a timely manner

Good to have:

Good knowledge about color theory, typography, design standards Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-tasking Excellent creative visualization skills to design a visually appealing design layouts/concepts and hands on experience on creative design tools like InDesign, XD, Figma,
Working knowledge in UI/UX design tools and Video Storyboards.
