IncrivelSoft is seeking experienced Siebel CRM Developers with a strong background in the telecom industry . This role involves contributing to global Oracle projects for prominent telecom clients, including AT&T (US) , KDDI (Japan) , and ITC-Salam (Saudi Arabia) .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Configure Siebel CRM Solutions : Specialize in telecom-related processes and requirements.
• Siebel Configuration Activities :
  • Account & Contact Management
  • Assistant Order Management and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
• Leverage modules such as:
  • Siebel Workforce Management
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM)/Dealer Management
  • Field Service
  • BI Publisher for reporting.
• Version Expertise : Work with Siebel Version 20.xxxx or above , ensuring seamless performance and integration.
• RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) : Design and implement solutions (preferred skill).

Qualifications

• Experience : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
• Telecom Background : Proven experience in the telecom industry, ideally working on Siebel implementations for telecom companies.
• Technical Skills :
  • Expertise in Account & Contact Management , Assistant Order Management , and EAI .
  • Experience with Siebel PRM/Dealer Management , Field Service , and Workforce Management .
  • Proficiency in Siebel BI Publisher Reports and Version 20.xxxx or higher .
  • Knowledge of RODOD is a plus.
