Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will work on a variety of HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment for all team members. You will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing job postings. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Be the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits. Foster positive employee relations by supporting engagement initiatives.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle employee documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely communication about health benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coordinating timelines, communicating with employees, and helping ensure feedback is constructive and timely.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring all team members understand company guidelines.
Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs to ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compliance Reporting: Maintain compliance with labor regulations and assist in preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good to Have
Experience in the technology or IT consulting industry.
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and team-building activities.
Experience with HR analytics and metrics.
