InCred Capital - Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Sales (5-15 yrs)

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager / AVP / VP - Sales at InCred Capital. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for our financial products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to increase sales and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and close deals.

- Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
