Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting transactions in Tally Software.
2. Verification of Supporting documents and Invoices before booking.
3. Vendor Invoices booking.
4. Ensuring proper deduction of TDS and payment of TDS and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
5. Bank book updating
6. BRS
7. Payment list for Management approval
8. TDS/TCS Payment working
9. Check all provisions are made.
10. Check Prepaid expenses to be booked.
11. Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
12. To be responsible for coordinating internal and statutory audits.

Preferred candidate profile

1. A good level of understanding in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
2. Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
