Position Summary

Were looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to drive the delivery of strategic data projects, manage a skilled team, and leverage MSBI and Azure data solutions. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to translate business needs into robust data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts in the successful execution of Data & AI projects.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data solutions utilizing MSBI and Azure data services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Data & AI space, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Data & AI project management with MSBI and Azure expertise.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS; experienced with Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Leadership: Strong communication, analytical, and mentorship abilities to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• DA-100: Power BI
• PL-300: Power Platform Consultant
