Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, with a strong emphasis on ASCP/Planning.

- Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes.

- Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize inventory levels, improve demand forecasting, and enhance supply chain visibility.

- Configure and maintain ASCP parameters, rules, and constraints.

- Perform data analysis, identify trends, and generate reports to support supply chain decision-making.

- Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams and end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in supply chain management and Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of their skills.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and support.

- Proven expertise in ASCP/Planning modules, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and transportation planning.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Experience with other Oracle SCM Cloud modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).

- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
