CSSD In-charge ( Hospital )

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced CSSD In-charge to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD).

This includes ensuring that all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained, and that all staff are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.

The CSSD In-charge will also be responsible for managing the inventory of supplies and equipment, and for ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in O.T. Technician
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a CSSD or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to manage inventory and complete paperwork accurately and on time

Prior working experience in CSSD Department of the Hospital is mandatory
