Senior Associate

Position Title: Sr Associate

Location Gurugram

Shifts-mostly night shifts

Education- Any graduate

Experience- 1 to 5 years of KYC/CIP OR compliance experience is mandatory

Notice period- Looking for Immediate to 15 days joiners

Role and responsibilities:

• Conduct a review of customer file to check for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring all supporting documentation is uploaded

• Primary contact for expertise on policy and procedures.

• Responsible for disseminating and implementing changes to the policy and procedures

• Identify training gaps and needs

• Liaising with the Middle Office Line of Business for any exceptions and exemptions

• Initiate and coordinate client outreach for fetching client documentations and any additional information

• Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documentation required as per policy

• Email correspondence review, to scrub out false positives and identify the actionable by compliance team

• Checks and securities blotters reports • Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies

• Maintain a record of and report progress as required

• Analysing investment guidelines and interpret them to build logic-based rules to implement into automated investment compliance system for monitoring.

• Deliver daily/monthly/quarterly compliance reports to PM team for the new violations across all investment policies.

• Support onshore team by assisting them in post trade compliance monitoring activities across all the investment strategies.

• Assist in identifying the data governance and data reconciliation issues.
