Job Summary:

The CFO & Commercial Head will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial strategy, ensuring financial health, managing risks, and driving commercial growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and business development expertise to optimize profitability and scale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.
• Lead financial audits, internal controls, and risk management initiatives.

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth:

• Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve profitability and competitive positioning.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
• Optimize cost structures and drive efficiency improvements across operations.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Implement risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Safeguard company assets through effective internal control mechanisms.
• Oversee legal and contractual matters related to finance and commercial activities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Provide financial insights and reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional certification CA, CFA is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, commercial management, or a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, business growth, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
