Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with Visual Force, Apex coding language, and Lightning Components.
• Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Design and implement business technology solutions for customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
