Hiring - Scrum Master - Gurgaon (Hybrid Work Mode)

Role / Position:  Scrum Master

Experience: 6+ yrs exp
Job Type: Permanent 

Location : Gurgaon (Once a Week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure continuous progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and monitor team performance using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team and across departments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and collaborate with stakeholders for mitigation.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and drive best practices across the organization.
• Leverage Project Management skills for strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, , etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align team goals with business objectives.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Project Management experience (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
