Job Title: Pega Developer with Decision Architect Certification

Work Location- Gurgaon (Hybrid)- Need to visit office once a week.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer with Decision Architect certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Pega development and will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega decisioning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Pega decisioning solutions.
• Develop and maintain Pega applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Pega decisioning solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Pega development.
• Decision Architect certification in Pega.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega Decisioning.
• Experience with Pega integration and deployment.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Pega 8.x versions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
