Lead Artists / Art Assistant - For Sculpture Studio

Roles and Responsibilities

• Making innovative sculpture / mural designs as per the theme given by the supervisor / manager / client;
• Making highly finished maquettes of approved designs (in suitable materials) for approval by the supervisor / manager / client;
• Making final sculpture /mural as per approved sketches / maquettes, up to the complete satisfaction of the supervisor / manager / client;
• Visiting client / project site for understanding the site feasibility;
• Execution and installation of sculpture / mural on site and final finishing as per the requirement and up to the satisfaction of the client.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must be MFA / BFA in sculpture;
• Must have executed atleast 5 sculpture projects of size not less than 6 feet.
• Must have knowledge of complete process of making FRP sculpture, stone sculpture, bronze sculpture, terracotta mural and Stainless Steel sculpture;
• Should have proven skill in welding process, bronze casting process and complete process of finishing SS sculpture.
• It would be preferred if the candidate has good skills in 3-D modelling on Thermocol

• Lead Artists will be solely responsible for complete project delivery. And thus decent project incentives will be associated with the performance and timely delivery of the project along with fixed remunerations.
• Art Assistants will be paid project incentives if they give desired assistance to the lead artist in achieving project milestones and timely delivery of the project.
