Job Description: HR Manager Digital Ad Agency

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our digital ad agency specializing in digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in HR, with prior experience working at a digital ad agency. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing 360-degree HR functions and shaping the agency's culture while focusing on employee growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (60% of the role)

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to identify top talent for the agency.
• Source candidates using various job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview rounds with department heads.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
• Strategize and implement innovative hiring practices to attract the best talent.

General HR Management (40% of the role)

• Oversee onboarding and induction formalities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace.
• Handle and resolve employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Manage exit formalities, including exit interviews, Full & Final (FnF) settlement, and offboarding processes.
• Plan and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Payroll and Compliance

• Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Culture and Employee Development

• Foster a positive agency culture that prioritizes employee well-being, growth, and recognition.
• Implement best practices to reduce attrition rates and improve employee satisfaction.
• Act as a coach and mentor to employees, promoting leadership development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including time spent in a digital ad agency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and experience with job portals and hiring tools.
• Proven expertise in handling employee lifecycle management and HR generalist responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• An extroverted and approachable personality with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its talent dynamics.
