Job Description

• As a Client Service Executive in the field of Digital Marketing, your main responsibility would be to manage and maintain relationships with clients. You will act as the point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all digital marketing needs. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests, and actively seek to understand their goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams, such as the digital marketing team or creative team, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyses the performance of digital marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, conversions, or ROI. Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting the key findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital marketing services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals or pitch new ideas to clients.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients or industries to target.

Candidate Must Have-

• Thorough understanding of SEM- Google Adwords, SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing clients in a digital ad agency
• Great verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
• Experience in dealing with digital media publishers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Pro active and a self starter
• Strategic thinker with hand on experience
