Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management:

1. Maintain continuous communication with the Manipur Police Department to ensure effective project execution.
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the police department for all project-related concerns.

Device Tracking and Monitoring:

1. Keep track of all devices involved in the project, including installation, uninstallation, and repair activities.
2. Monitor device status and report on maintenance and performance.
3. Since this project is related to Vehicle tracking Management (GPS Devices), the prospect should have monitoring, tracking and analytical skills (installation, Uninstallation & repairing)

Team Supervision:

1. Supervise and manage technicians working on the project.
2. Provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Billing and Payment Collection:

1. Oversee the preparation of monthly billing statements and ensure timely collection of payments.

Report and MIS Management:

1. Prepare and maintain project reports, including status updates, progress tracking, and performance evaluations.
2. Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and reported through MIS.

Day to Day Operations

1. Handle all operational aspects of the project, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in project coordination, technical support, or a similar field.
• Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of billing, payment collection, and financial reporting processes

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field (Engineering, or related).
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably with a technical background.
