The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our experience center in Bangalore.
This role will involve managing customer interactions, coordinating schedules of healthcare professionals, and contributing to sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities.
Center Operations:.
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the experience center.
Manage the center's resources, including equipment, supplies, and staff.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Customer Experience.
Greet and welcome visitors to the center.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
Assist with scheduling appointments for healthcare professionals.
Manage feedback and suggestions from visitors.
Sales.
Promote iMumz's offerings, including coaching services.
Educate visitors about our services and their benefits.
Close sales by addressing customer needs and concerns.
Healthcare Professional Coordination.
Coordinate schedules for doctors and nutritionists.
Ensure that healthcare professionals are equipped with necessary materials and information.
Manage communication between healthcare professionals and visitors.
Team Management.
Oversee the work of any staff members assigned to the center.
Provide training and support to staff.
Evaluate staff performance and address any issues.

Strong customer service skills.
Language proficiency in Kannada is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
