Role of Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor:

The primary responsibility of the Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor is to drive sales generation and meet revenue targets through effective student engagement and guidance. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and preferences, with a focus on converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

2. Provide clear and concise information about international education programs, admission requirements, and application procedures to build trust and confidence in the service.

3. Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions aligned with their academic background and career aspirations, collaborating with Senior Counsellors for enhanced decision-making.

4. Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads and drive conversions without any gaps or delays.

5. Collect and manage student documents, assigning cases to Counsellors or Senior Counsellors to facilitate smooth processing and enrollment.

6. Actively participate in seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote study abroad opportunities and showcase the value of international education.

7. Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system to track progress toward sales and revenue goals.

8. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets by identifying potential students, nurturing leads, and closing enrollments effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven skills in educational consulting and student counselling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong career counselling and education guidance abilities.

- Experience in the education consulting industry or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
