Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce QA Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing and quality assurance practices. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce applications through thorough testing, defect identification, and resolution. You will collaborate with development teams to validate functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications and functionalities.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications and related systems.

Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.

Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and design test strategies.

Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and structured manner.

Review Salesforce code and configurations for testing purposes, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the Salesforce platform.

Participate in test planning, including test scenario and test data creation.

Perform data validation to ensure correct data migration and integration with other systems.

Use Salesforce testing tools and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.

Ensure testing is completed within deadlines and quality standards.

Provide detailed test reports, highlighting issues, risks, and progress. Job Specification

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Ability to identify, report, and troubleshoot technical issues in Salesforce applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce releases and patch updates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration testing (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines for Salesforce.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
