Technical Manager .NET

What You Will Do:
Design and develop NLP models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Perform text processing tasks such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
Build and maintain NLP pipelines for various applications (e.g., chatbots, text classification, information retrieval).
Evaluate the performance of NLP models and fine-tune hyperparameters to improve accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in NLP and AI fields.
Document technical specifications and create comprehensive reports on model performance.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement and optimize NLP algorithms for production-scale systems.

Job Specification
(Mandatory Skills required)
The candidate must have a track record of implementing NLP and GenAI based solutions. In addition:

Proficient in python
Experience in Computer Vision
Interest in R&D and keeping abreast of developments in AI
Some working knowledge of either AWS or Azure
Ability to distil informal customer requirements into problem definitions and solutions
Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
