Specialist knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central platform
High level experience of disputing short claims.
High level experience of disputing operational chargebacks.
Specialist knowledge of product listing & catalogue optimisation.
High level experience of negotiating with Amazon Case Support
Knowledge of purchase orders & shipments on Vendor Central is helpful but not essential.
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Slack, Teams & Dropbox useful.
Strong internet at home.
Roles & responsibilities:
The role will be 100% based navigating the Amazon Vendor Central platform. (Please do not apply if you have never used Vendor Central or if you only have experience with Seller Central.)
Your duties will involve managing Vendor support case loads, enhancing Amazon detail pages, guiding products through compliance checks & listing new products through both formats of manual upload and bulk sheet upload.
A key role will be performing weekly dispute processing of shortage claims and also overseeing the dispute processing of operational chargebacks. In your role managing this area you will report these to the brand manager. Key skills involving data analysis and reporting are essential to stay on top of this area.
During promotional periods, you will need to assist the brand manager with promotion submissions & after the events perform the record keeping of the CoOp deductions on a brand level. All submitted onto our Dropbox account.
An important element of the role will be checking our product catalogues in UK and EU to monitor the Buy Box status, photography and written content including titles for any issues. This role will involve communicating directly with our Supply Chain Manager for stock control, PPC manager for advertising & reporting & our brand manager for supplier relations.
We have good systems in place within the company so this role will be manageable & enjoyable!
