• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational management on Amazon.
• Coordinate with the supply team for the entire stock management.
• Work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns.
• Making sure that the goods are not stocked out.
• Planning and ensuring that our products are never out of stock on any portal.
• Have good knowledge of advertising of online marketplaces - knowledge with Amazon Pie & Helium10 & other tools is an added advantage.
• Preparing monthly reports
• Manage relationships with online seller partners and vendors - create a joint business plan.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Educational Qualifications Graduate in any field
• Experience 2 - 4 years in E- commerce operations.
• Knowledge of online portal like Amazon & Flipkart, Tata CliQ, Jiomart, Shopify,Tata NEU and other marketplaces.
• Advanced Excel is preferred
• Analytical & Problem Solving
